Perigord, je t’aime

Don’t worry, I’m not going to blog in bad French. I have just been looking back at photos of my brother and sister-in-law’s place in France and the wonderful holidays they have treated us to over the past decade. The lavender and hollyhocks were just as abundant this  year, the valley just as lush and the sound of crickets, birds, bees and the neighbours out sunning themselves just as relaxing.

Thank you ARTO for another fabulous visit to your beautiful home. The cooking as always, was superb, and the conversation rarely flagged, with so much catching up to do.

Let’s hope we can do it all again next year.
